I am making my first square cake covered in fondant or buttercream (bride still needs to decide) and would like to know what would the best square pans to buy are. She is looking to serve around 80-100 and would like three tiers. Does anyone know if the Wilton pans are good and/or how important the 90 degree pan corners are. What is the difference between Wilton performance and decorator pans? Any help is greatly appreciated. This is my first time every posting!
