Hi Everyone
I have a client who requested a Christmas cake from a photo she saw in a magazine. The cake is beautiful, and the outside is coated with coconut to resemble a snow scene.
Can anyone offer some yummy pairings that will go well with the coconut?
Any help is greatly appreciated

lime, rum, Malibu rum, lemon, vanilla (Tahitian especially!)

I just made a cake using coconut. I used a recipe here from cc it's Pina Colada Cake, it tasted so good.
