Hi!!
I just finished my first attempt on frozen buttercream transfer and put it in the freezer. Can you please tell me if I can put it on top of a mmf covered cake?
Also, any tips about the dreadful time of placing it on the cake are extremely welcome!!!
Thanking you in advance,
Katerina

I've done this FBCT technique several times. I've never put it on fondant. I would imagine it woul be just like piping a design with buttercream on fondant or using buttercream for a border.

Mine have always gone onto the cake very easily. Just flip the transfer over, peel the plastic or wax paper away and lay it on your cake.

I just uncovered the image and it was a complete disaster!!! The buttercream did transfer, but not entirely - maybe because the layer was too thin?
As for the border, it all stuck on the paper - I used a chocolate fudge icing recipe, with butter, icing, milk and cacao. Can you please HELP??
