Can I Put Swiss Meringue Butttercream On A Chocolate Cake?

I've never used Swiss Merinue buttercreama nd was going to give it a shot....would it be any good/ a good combination on a Hershey's chocolate cake?

I think it would be wonderful! The smbc would nicely compliment/balance the chocolate cake, not be too rich like a chocolate/fudge frosting. Let us know how it turns out!

Make SMBC and add peanut butter to it. I've done that and its delicious!!

You can add just about anything to it, mint, caramel, Kahlua, instant espresso, all so yummy with chocolate, the possibilities are endless!!!

SMBC is good on anything! Chocolate cake, vanilla cake..... toast...... a spoon. Go for it, you won't regret it.

smbc... is delicious... lots of people don,t like it.. but .. it can be used on any cake.. different flavoring.. different add ins.etc.. nutella.. melted chocolate, etc.
