I have an extra cake that has been in my freezer since the very end of September...so two months. It is the flavor and size that I need to make a cake this week. It's an altered white box mix, and has been wrapped tightlyl in plastic wrap. Whatcha think?

Hi, I have read in another post that you can keep a cake in the freezer for 3 months.

I have eaten cake that was in the freezer for over a year. It still tasted fine. Wouldn't sell it to a customer, just because, but it's fine for friends/family!
