I've noticed on cake boss that he uses a steamer to give his fondant that shiny plastic look. Does that also work with marshmallow fondant?

I used one on my zebra cake in my photos, it started to get shiny but I was mainly just trying to get the ps off the stripes. Actually, i didnt use a 'real' steamer, I just used the steam setting on my iron and it worked perfect! My kids thought I was crazy tho and was going to iron a cake... HAHA!
