In the UK we work with grams/ounces & millilitres. On a lot of the receipes on here, it is a stick of butter. Can someone please advise how many ounces/grams would be in this? TIA

1 stick of butter = 1/4 pound
1 stick of butter = 1/2 cup
1 stick of butter = 8 tablespoons
1 stick of butter = 4 ounces
1 stick of butter = 113 grams

1 ounce = 28.3495231 grams
A stick of butter has four ounces, so it would be 113.3980924 grams.
