Hi for a wedding cake, that im to do this summer, the groom has asked for a plain Angel Food Cake , How in the world can i make this presentable?
He wants strawberries too, Any ideals on what to set this cake on, all i can imagine right now is a round cake with a hole in the middle, I thought about taking the strawberries and filling up the hole, But what kind of cake plate could i use, The bride loves tree's there getting married under a tree, and i think there plaining on using somekind of tree inside and she has a tree cake topper. I will meet with them again, but im stumped on the angel food cake can it be baked like a stacked cake, or does it need the hole in it?? I have never baked an Angel Food cake before
