I told him you know theres no icing on those he said yes i know , I like strawberries too, So how can i make this cake with strawberries to look great?? Presentation is important may get more orders. There was a great angel food recipe in a back issue of Cook's Country magazine a couple months ago...I'll see if I can dig it up.
You can frost one though. Growing up my next door neighbor always us kids an angel food cake for our birthdays and iced it with 7 minute frosting.....you could use that and then top it with some white or dark chocolate dipped strawberries...maybe even a spinkle of coconut if he likes it....or you can ice it in whipped cream too!

My Mom always made us a traditional angel food cake that was partially hollowed out and filled with strawberries & whipped cream with whipped cream frosting... She served it semi-frozen, so it was like eating strawberry ice cream. Yum!!!
