I am currently taking all the Wilton cake decorating classes at Michael's Arts and Crafts. However, I am almost done with them. I want to learn more but do not know where to look for classes. Does anyone know of any other place to take classes? I live in the Tampa Bay area. Thanks.

You should also look into joining ICES. They sponsor some great classes and Days of Sharing. There will be some wonderful opportunities in January at the 2010 Florida ICES Mini Classes- check out their website at flices dot org and look for the January mini class schedule.
