Does anyone have a recipe for pumpkin buttercream or another type of pumkpkin icing. I need to make cupcakes for the office on Monday and would like this since it is close to Thanksgiving.

I often add pumpkin pie spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, etc.) to my vanilla buttercream. To me, it tastes like the icing they put on Cinnabuns!

1/3 C pumpkin spice liquid coffee creamer
1 C salted butter
1 C shortening
2# Powdered sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla or flavoring of your choice
