I know there must be a way! any hints?
lower your temp. If I bake my cc's @ 180deg they are nice and domed, 160 deg makes them nice and flat
I also lower the temperature to get flat cupcakes. I just made a batch at 300 degrees and they were completely flat. I actually usually like the dome though. Good luck!
