If I bake and decorate my cookies Sunday, let them sit overnight for the icing to set and then place them in Ziploc bags on Monday night, will the cookies still be good on Friday for my DD's party at school?
I have to go out of town for a conference on Wednesday and won't be home to Friday afternoon.

yes, they should be fine. I try not to let mine go more than 5- 7 days, as a general rule.

thank you for responding. It makes me feel much better now. After not getting any feedback I went ahead and made the cookies yesterday and packaged them in ziploc bags this morning hoping they are still good.
