update....still waitng to hear from the Landlord - its between us and one other person who has been holding out so hopefully we'll get it!! got our loan sorted and have found a great place to get all our equipment for a good price its just all down to the premises now - i thik the landlord is waiting for our bank credit check to come back but there is a postal strike at the minute so i guess its holding things up - very impatient i really want to know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we're also thinking about offering breakfast stuff like sausage rolls, soda bread etc to vary the "cafe" bit of it more and get more breakfast customers as well as the sweet side of things so i realy think it could work
