According to the Wilton wedding serving chart (smaller servings than the party chart), a two-layer 12x18 will feed 98. So two of them would give you 196 servings.

According to my math*, a 12x18 serves 108 1x2x4 sized servings, but that still leaves you short by 34. Of course, not everyone eats cakes at these things, but you can't really count on 34 people to be sticking to their diet that day.

* 12x18x4=864
1x2x4=8
864/8=108

If you reduce your serving size to 1x1.5x4, you can get 250 servings.

thanks everyone.
The more I think about this cake the more nuts its making me!!!
I think I am going to add cake where I can just about 32 servings and that should make it. a bit less than the 250 total but what else can you do you know!
I knew I would be short but then I was poking around wiltons site and realized that, that made the pieces of cake very small 2"x2" and where that is about the size at these types of events I still felt like it was too little cake and I settle the thought by asking all of you so thanks!

This one is making me crazy cause I already bought for it and I am finding myself having to run out and buy more and more
of course it is because I am lending to much thought to it LOL
