I want to make a cake similar to the one attached and need a scalloped template for the top tier. Does anyone have one? Or do you have any suggestions on how I can do this?

I don't have one but I guess you can trace the pattern on paper, using a cardboard circle the samesize of the tier you want to cover, and then trace the scaloped edge from there, then place it over the fondant and trace it.
