I'm making the Heavenly Pumpkin Spice Cake. I can't decide what to do for the icing. I was thinking either maple or cinnamon Bettercreme.

Maybe cream cheese frosting? Maple may be good also! icon_biggrin.gif Im horrible at those decision!!(LOL)

Cream cheese was my first thought, but that cinnamon buttercream would be good too. Maybe a cinnamon cream cheese. Ooooh, I think I'm drooling!

I am going cream cheese. The cake has the spice in it so I think a nice vanilla cream cheese would compliment it great without overpowering it.

A lot of people can't stand the flavor of Maple --too overpowering. If it were me, I'd go cream cheese --straight up. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." icon_lol.gif

I made that for the first time a few weeks ago. I made it using Indydeb's icing made with 1/2 butter and it was delish! Cream Cheese icing would probably tie with it though. It is a wonderful recipe!
