Walmart has some black Wilton melts for Halloween. Have you tried adding these to the white? What did you use to color yours? Do you have the candy coloring?

I'm not sure what you're using the gray for, but I used Americolor gel black coloring added to white wilton candy melts. I used these for a Halloween haunted house that I did. I was making a graveyard scene beside the house. It came out like a gray with flakes of black in it. It sort of looked like a granite color. Hope this helps.
