but since she works in the legal dept ask her can she get you a signed letter giving you permission to do the image?
HA! See... I'm no dummy.... just had a very difficult couple of weeks because I refused to make a minnie and mickey cake for the shop I was working at. I made the original for my niece's 2nd Birthday. BUT am too frightened of Disney to even go near getting paid for one!
It caused quite a stir at the shop...

The only Mickey cakes I do are for my daughter who I'm pretty sure loves Mickey more than she loves me. : ) This year she's stepping out on Mickey, though. She wants Sponge Bob. She gets whatever birthday cake she wants from mom.

ummm, this also applies to the Hannah Montana and Beauty And The Beast cakes you have in your pics....sorry. Don't mess with Disney!!
