I'm experimenting with tylose. How much tylose do I need to add to fondant in order to have my fondant dry as I sculpted it? I haven't tried anything yet on my own, want to hear what others have to say first.

I would start with 1/2 tsp. of Tylose to 1/2 lb. of fondant. After you work with it for awhile you will get a feel for it and know if you need to add a little more. Just put the Tylose on your board and knead it into the fondant.

I don't usually measure mines but I'm guessing around 1 tsp of tylose on a pound of fondant. Same ratio as what Price just mentioned.
