hi guys im new to this site and this is my first post. i have a question to ask! i am making a three tier fondant cake for my sons 1st bday on sat. never done it before and totally throwing myself in. my question is i am putting buttercream through the cake aswell as icing the outside with buttercream but if i was to assemble the cakes tonight would the cake spoil by saturday or should i say would the buttercream spoil.
