What To Use To Practice Cake Decorating

HI

Im honing my cake decorating skills. So to prevent me from becoming as big as a house (because I can not resist all the cake goodies) What do you practice on? I don't like stryofoam I just can't touch it. Does anyone have something else? My goal is to be as amazing as all of you people on this site!!! TIA

Sorry....styrofoam. If you want, you can use overturned baking pans, but I would think those would be even harder to handle.
