The back of a chair (which is behind the cake) is usually around 14 inches wide (roughly) - so looking at the cake and the angle the photo was taken from - perhaps the cake would be a 10 inch square.
The *hill* on top would probably be around a 4 -5 inch - or evenlarger but carved down to form the hill.
Anyway you can contact the maker of that cake - i see the name of the cake and the maker in the top right hand corner - perhaps Google what it says on the photo -

This is what I think. The cake is definitely rectangle.
However, you would base the size of the cakes on the number of servings you need. If this *IS* a 2-layer 12x18 plus the lg wonder mold pan, it serves about 125 +/-.
