Hello all,

I am preparing to do a cake tasting next week, but I am in need of 4 recipes. Double fudge chocolate cake, Irish Bailey's Cream filling, Kahlua Cream filling and a chocolate mousse filling. I would like to present my best to this prospective bride, so all help will be greatl appreciated. Bring it on chocolate lovers!!!!!!
