Make A Dummy Cake?

Hi all, I am a newbie and am attempting a cake for my son's bday. I need to make a dummy cake, the others will be frosted with bc.. So can I frost styrofoam with bc? Thanx for the help =)

You should cover your dummy with saran wrap. This way you can use it again if you need to.

Yes, you can use BC on a dummy cake. Like the pp said, some prefer to cover the dummies in plastic wrap (or Glad prress n' seal) so that it is easier to re-use the dummy. However, if you are going to wash the dummy off within a couple of days, the BC will wash right off the styro, so it's up to you if you want to wrap it or not.
