My message is kinda long, cuz it answers the common questions, like where we're located, business hours, and how far ahead to order.
I'm finding more and more that people are not listening at all! Not listening to me when I'm talking, and not listening to my voicemail!

Some days, I come in while we're closed to catch up on paperwork. I don't answer the phone so no one gets the impression we're open that day. But the same number shows on the caller ID over and over and over! I scream to the silent shop, "Listen to the voicemail!!! We're CLOSED!!!"

Yeah, I'm losing my mind. icon_rolleyes.gif

That's cute, except for the fact that, yes, there are people out there who don't use the internet....particularly older generations, like my parents.
so, let's not discriminate....

the voicemail ideas are terrific....personally, if I read a review like that, it wouldn't affect my decision to use you or not. Far worse would have been a bad review about your food or service ., so don't worry too much....at least they gave you the insight to make a change! thumbs_up.gif
