I finish a wedding cake .Everybody said it was very beautful.I was very happy.It was my first wedding cake .I patted myself on my back .Iwas so happy.But when the cake was cut .It started to fall apart. It was white cake with strawberry filling .What did i do wrong? I have"t learn how to put my pictures on the computer yet. but when i do i will have alot to show .Please can anybody ans. my question Thank you

Sounds like either the cake was too dry or too light in texture.
