This one does not need refridgerating. Tastes great. It can stay at room temperature in a tupperware bowl for two weeks. You might have to remix it. HTH

sharon zambito's recipe..using hi-ratio shortening.. she shows how to make it on youtube.. you don,t have to use the flavoring she uses.. very stable.. hth
