I made Sugarshacks BC recipe, but misread, and used half and half instead of nondairy creamer. Do I need to refrig this, or is it still stable because of all the sugar?

I don't use Sugarshack's recipe, but I do use 1/2 & 1/2 in my BC and I don't refridge it. I don't know how much you used in your recipe, I use about 1/2 cup to a recipe that fills my 5qt mixing bowl about 3/4 full. I haven't had any problem with it going bad. HTH

Does the 1/2 and 1/2 enhance the flavor over using milk ?

I don't know. We only have skim milk at home, and I only wanted to buy a small container!! The recipe called for nondairy creamer, which is why I bought creamer, just messed up on the "nondairy". It sure tastes good!
