Cake/cupcake Duckie

I am making a Radio Flyer cake and need to make a small duckie cake to use as a smash cake to put inside the wagon. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to make a small duckie cake or cupcake duckie? I have the duck pan but don't want it that big.

do you have the mini egg pan?? Seems like 2 mini eggs sandwiched together would do nicely for a ducks body? Then maybe make the head out of rice krispies or carve from a cupcake?
