Anyone have any info on requirements for a licensed kitchen in kentucky?

I checked with my (Washington) county health department-and talked to someone from a neighboring county (Mercer) and you have to cook and decorate in a separate kitchen, not your home kitchen here. I think it's pretty much the same in all counties.

I'm in Boone Co. and it is definitely the same here. I am starting one in my garage, once I get my tax credit. You have to have EVERYTHING a bakery has.
