I work at a bakery in a grocery store and I just came back for a few weeks to decorate while I am on break from college, and they have had trouble with keeping the large amounts of tip from getting surface rust. I was thinking they just need to store them upright and not stack them. Are there any other tips for storing tips? I don't know if I can talk them into buying any storage things but we will see.
