Purse And Shoe Pattern

Does anyone have a pattern to make a purse and shoe cake? Even a pattern for a shoe and I can make a shoebox next to it. Thanks for any help!

Hi, here is link to a shoe template,

And for the box, you can bake a shet cake and cut it into 3 peices and stack them top of each other and get a rectangular shape.

i forgot to add...there is also a youtube video on how to do a purse cake!
