I have a hawaiian 2 tier cake to do this wkend.Its will b a 10" n 8" covered in fondant and i may add a volcano on top.I wantd to have some fondant accents on the sides like a rainbow,fish,palmtrees etc.Which do u think is easier to do(hands free or cookies cutters)?

Wow you're only about two hours from Memphis--cool.
I'd say like $3.50 to $4.50 per serving and an 8x10 would serve about 60-ish.
I just decide if the decor is elaborate enough to warrant an upcharge. I mean a certain amount of decor is included so just an individual decision.
