Okay I've heard alot about Rich's Bettercreme, but not much about Pastry Pride. Does anyone know if Pastry Pride is the same thing? Does it taste the same? Does anyone have a preference? Is one better than the other in your opinion? Sorry for so many questions.

It seems that Rich's Bettercreme and Pastry Pride are somewhat regional products that don't overlap territories...

I would use (or at least try) whichever one is available in your area, as shipping will be quite pricey for a perishable item.
