Hello:

Has anyone ever tried the classic rolled fondant from the Cake Bible??

If you have...

Is it worth the time and ingredients?

also:

I need a recipe for a good fondant..I am having a difficult time with MMF.
it cracks..

I put crisco..but still it cracks.
PLEASE HELP!

any suggestions will be appreciated.

I love Michele Fosters fondant recipe.

easy to work with and make, plus it tastes really yummy too

I have used the cake bible recipe. It tastes good. Once I had trouble with it tearing, but after kneading it more it turned out fine.

Kayla, thanks for Michelle's recipe. I love the look and ease of using fondant, but the Wilton stuff is just awful.

you welcome, it tastes really yummy.

you could also make mmf but i personally dont like the way it tastes so i never recomend it
