I'll just use my chainsaw...It works on ice sculptures, why not cake? 
A while back, I watched a food network cake challenges and Bronwen Weber was using an electric carving knife to carve her Ursula cake. I think Id use that before I used my sawzall that would become really heavy after a ½ hour or so of carving.
Is this for using on customers who want bespoke cakes at walmart prices?
