I made MMF yesterday and have quite a bit leftover, will it still be good in about a month? How should I store it?
I know that the answer is probably somewhere else on the site but I couldn't find it.

Yes it will last, I keep mine wrapped in saran wrap and in a couple of zip lock bags in my pantry. you can keep it in fridge and take out a few days before you need to come to room temp.
