Hi all,
starting the process of becoming a licensed baker from my home in MA. Anyone here from MA that has gone this route?? Did you take the food safety mgr course? Have you presented you plan to the Board of health? Have you had your kitchen inspected? If anyone has any input/tips they would be greatly appreciated!!
