Hi all,
I'm starting Wilton Course two in a couple of days and next week we work with royal icing. I know everything has to be completely grease free for this. What is a good way to make sure every trace of grease is gone. I don't have a dishwasher, so I have to wash by hand. Is there something I can use besides grease-fighting dish soap just to make sure?
