I used the black mmf on this website, and it is sticking everywhere! I can't get it to roll out. What could be the problem? Is there anything i can do to make it thicker?
Is my kitchen to warm, could that be a factor? Will it thicken if i refrigerate it?
Please help! icon_cry.gif

You may need to add more Powdered sugar.

Try kneading in some cornstarch. You could also grease your rolling surface with shortening but if the MMF is that sticky, then it will be hard to smooth even if you get it to roll out with the shortening.

I am still leaning towards the more powdered sugar. if you keep adding it will eventually stiffen up. You should be able to tell by the "feel" and not necessarily by what the recipe says.
