Here's some of my ideas:
Raspberry jam - the best brand on the market![]()
Fresh raspberries - cooked slowly - then add a couple tablespoons cornstarch mixed with equal amount of cool water - stir until thickened (about 2 minutes).
Bavarian creme - purchased in a 'sleeve' (tube) from cake shop
Peanut butter mixed into buttercream
