OK, definitely need some creative ideas, please. A lady just called wanting a cake for a celebration her family is having on the 8th of August. The celebration is for a man they are meeting for the first time that received the heart of her nephew that passed away 4yrs ago. I want something more than just a heart shaped cake. Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated. They want to keep this happy and joyful, which is totaly understanding. Thanks so much!!

Why don't you decorate the cake (whatever you choose) with things the nephew liked...and, if you can get the information, some of the things the recipient likes. That way, the cake can be symbolic of the nephew's continuing legacy and the recipient's continuing life.

Thats something I had thought about as well, using some of the things the nephew liked. Thanks for the suggestion
