I'm fairly new to decorating and the entire cake business. I've been approached by someone that has had my cakes about working out a deal to provide cakes for art parties that she wants to start doing. She already has a custom invitation business (met her through friends in the wedding industry) and is starting to offer private art lessons. She wants to also offer parties. I have a meeting with her this Friday (July 24). I'd like to do it - I think it would be helpful for both of us! Does anyone have any advice on how to go about doing this? We discussed having a standard cake option, and they could choose to upgrade it with more personal decorations, etc. I could use ANY suggestions! What to do, what NOT to do, how to price, ANYTHING!! Thanks in advance!

I'm giving you a bump. icon_smile.gif

Will they be full cakes, or already cut into slices (like for a dessert tray)?

Good luck.
