Jennifer Dontz will be coming to Hollister, CA September 12 and 13, 2009.

The following flowers will be made to put on a dummy cake:
agapantus, hibuscus, lily of the valley and assorted greens.


The cost for both days is $250.00 includes lunch, drinks and snacks.

Class starts at 9am to 6pm (Saturday, could end early), 9am to 5pm Students must arrive on time, class will start at 9am

a deposit of $125.00 needs to be sent to Jennifer Dontz to secure your seat. Balance is due 30 days before class. Their are still a few seats open. A list of supplies of will be given. Students will bring most of the basics stuff - paper towels, plastic wrap, toothpicks, foil, cups, cotton balls, etc. Jennifer will give a must have list. Jennifer will supply flowers cutters, gumpaste. Now for this new class I believe students will need to bring their own fondant to put over the dummy cake.
