Cake Boards!!

My cakes are starting to get bigger and heavier, so how do i get a cake board that i can give away with the cake, that's thick enough to hold the large cakes?

I use 3/16" or 1/2" foamboard for my cakes and build the cost into their price. I do not re-use them. Michaels has the 3/16" on sale for 2/$3 quite allot. The boards are 20X30", so you can get at least 2 1/2 sheet out of them.
