I need to frost a cake but I don't want to use fondant. I can make my cakes look pretty smooth with BC, but I want to make my corners rounded and I'm not sure how to do that. Any advice out there?
Once you have applied your b'cream on sides & top, smooth out, then bring your spatula up the sides & over the top. Use a very light touch. You need to have the icing applied rather thick for this (not thick consistency) or you might bring up crumbs
