can someone post the NFSC in grams and ounces please? i use gold medal all purpose flour and i've seen flour estimated between 125-150 grams so i'd like a tried and true amount. thanks.

one of my cake books has weights for different ingriedents
sugar 1cup = 200g
all-purpose flour 1cup -> sifted 114g, spooned 121g, scooped 140g

I usually use the 121g measurement for my NFSC recipe
