Where do I find hi-ratio shortening? I live in northern new jersey....anywhere around here. My daughter's birthday is on Saturday and I would love to use this shortening for the cake. Help please!

I only find Hi-Ration on-line. The website I get mine from is

Some say that your local cake bakery will have it.

I live up in Canada, but I just bought it at the local bulk store. Or sometimes I use the shortening from Walmart (their brand not crisco cause crisco removed the trans fats and it does not work the same anymore)
