I have added first attempt at cookies. These are for my moms 65th birthday. Please tell me your opinion. I also made a palm tree with wavy lines in the trunk instead of the full colors.

I think they are very nice....weren't they fun to make? I really enjoy decorating cookies.

Also any ideas on how to keep the tips on the pineapples and palm trees from browning befor the rest of the cookie is done. I did turn the over down to 300 and that seemed to help.

Try rolling the cookies a little thicker. Nice job!

I bake all my cookies on parchment paper and it helps to keep them from getting too brown.
